Took my father’s car to Maaco for a quick paint update so I could pass the car to my grandson. The car is 24 yrs old and really needed a paint makeover. The color picked was not the original color, and they explained just the outside would be done. Nothing internal such as the internal door jams. That was fine for us. They worked with me on the scheduling and were done quicker than expected. And we are extremely happy with the results. My grandson is loving it. Would definitely recommend to anyone and if ever need another car painted, I will be returning. Thanks everyone at Maaco

With Damages When I tell you Omar and Martin Got That Bad Boy!!! Looking Slick!!!🏆Look's Brand Spanking New!!!!🥳The Truck Looks Brand New Restored.💪They even went out the way to do more detailing around the wheel coverings!! 🎉🧨🎇🤞 And I am 100% complete satisfied!!! My wife Julie and I had a great experience, from estimate to finished product, with Omar and Martin at this Maaco location. They were recommended by a friend who had his Expedition painted here, and turned out great. I was particularly impressed with Omar, whose experience was quite evident during the estimate process. He listened to my input, as he inspected my truck, and with his intuition sized up (both me and) the job, and in about 15 minutes put forth a reasonable estimate with appropriate options that made this job affordable on a 21 year old pickup truck, which was really looking bad. It is quite evident they did a great job on surface prep, particularly on the hood and roof of our truck. The gun metal grey metallic with their 2nd tier+ clearcoat really made our truck look better than new, and we are truly happy with the result. They also applied a Blackout coat to the plastic part of the front bumper, making it look great as well. They delivered our truck on time and on budget. 6/6/26-Edited due to length restrictions: Long story short, this location and specifically Omar and Martin are very shady and quality of work was horrible. No one expects perfection from Maaco, so I didn’t have my hopes set very high, but my experience was beyond bad. Purchased their basecoat/clear coat with premium sealer package, bodywork to bumpers, total came to $3500. Went to pick up car, was wet and had dust all over it, so wasn’t able to inspect the work very well. Drove it home and cleaned it off and saw thousands (not exaggerating) of nibs and trash in the clear coat, way beyond what would be considered reasonable under their disclaimer they have you sign. Scratch on center of hood all they way through color into sealer. Ignored my calls and emails for weeks, I saw that they replied to their Google reviews, good or bad within a day or two, so left a review and a month and a half later, still never got a response. Started trying to sand out the trash, some of it was all the way into the color coat, sides of car had almost zero clear coat as 1500 wet sandpaper had color on it after 3 swipes. Reached out to Maaco corporate and they said they’d speak with the shop and call me

One star is too much. This has absolutely been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of business. I brought my vehicle in for some collision repairs. Let’s just say the repairs were half ass done. There was absolutely no communication from this repair shop at all. After 3 weeks had went by I had to call them to find out my car was ready. I go to pick up the car and the work they said they completed was not done. I added another part with the invoice reflecting that part and they never even ordered the part. No accountability and lack of care for their mistake. The representative I dealt with didn’t know the difference between gap and flush. Trying to tell me that’s just how it is. Then they told me to give them five more days to make it right. At this point I had to return my rental and I go 5 days more with no car. Yet again I don’t get a call or update I have to call them to find out my vehicle still isn’t ready and nor have they added the part I agreed to pay for. I would never refer this company to paint a bike let alone do any other kind of bodywork. I now have to take my car to another body and pay more money to correct the mess they made. My car looked like a to
